"As a past student who has taken Heather's class countless times over the past few years, I appreciate her passion and knowledge of dance. She is outstanding at breaking down choreography, teaching fundamentals of dance styles, and providing great song selection. Her classes have played an important role in my dance training."

"Growing up as a competitive figure skater fostered a love of performance in me. As I moved out of my competitive career, Heather created an environment that was full of the exact feelings I was craving: love of movement, positivity, reflection, and training. I couldn’t have asked for a better dance class experience."

HARVEY

"I struggled to find the right class for me when I started dancing in Boston. I have attended multiple dance classes in different studios, and finding the right balance was difficult. My favorite class by far is Heather's class in Jeanette Neil studio where Heather taught intermediate hip-hop. I could still remember the first day where she asked my name, and remembered it going forward. She focused on things that I found important: choreography, performance, intention and expression, and enjoying dance. Heather listens to every single dancer she works with and tries to work with each one. Agnostic of the dancer's skill level, she will still challenge more experienced dancers and never overwhelm any dancer who is still trying to learn. I find myself taking home a new lesson and see myself improve after each class. I have followed her, and continued to go to her workshops which led me to integrate myself further in the dance community. Thank you Heather for being such a positive and strong influence in my growth as a dancer in the Boston community."
